I was just informed, by another of my 5th grade students, that Si passed away 14 September, 2016 2016. I want to share some very special thoughts about Si, because he was one of my most outstanding, terrific, thoughtful, courageous, kindness, respectful, and a fantastic student who could consistently and successfully handle every challenge he experienced as one of my outstanding and marvelous 5th grade student in my 43 years of teaching 5th graders. Why does someone as talented, helpful, and such a very loving father of his children (as well as with his friends). I will forever remember Si in my thoughts, in my memories, and and in my heart forever and always... mj

Si had kept a horse here in McCleary for quite a while. I did not charge as he and his girlfriend at the time helped fix an old fence and were nice to have around. He brought several of the children over to ride and he was such an energetic and good dad. Tragic whatever happened, he was called home to Heaven, my guess. Only the good die young. Blessings, he was a gentleman and good man, grateful for my brief encounter, my husband enjoyed them all here, very sad thing indeed.

My firstborn son, Simeon was a wonderful person, son, brother, Christian and friend to all. Si's father Ron and I were deeply blessed by his presence from his birth onward. Our family soon grew to have five sons, five of the kindest, most loving, unselfish and hard working men a person could ever know. Si helped us, his parents to care for guide and love his brothers. I will never be the same now that he is gone.to know Si was to be loved.

My deepest love for the entire Reynolds and huttula family.,from Catherine Huttula,Si's Mother. There are no words to heal easier. We all were privileged to know and love him . beyond that God gave Si into the family as a privilege to do our best to love and care for him. I know Simeon Always did his best. I will cherish every moment I had with my son.

I'd known Si as an acquaintance since I was a kid. About 3 years ago we got reacquainted and he quickly became one of my favorite friends. He'd tell me how bummed he was that we didn't do it sooner. The love he had for his family was second to none, both for his children and his brothers. The world is a lot less bright without him and I'll be forever grateful to have had the privilege to have called him my friend
