My mother used to hem Doug's pants when he lived in Centralia. He would sometimes pick them up or drop them off at the Chehalis Fire Department (where I work). He was always so nice and always asked how my mother was doing. He also bought canaries from her. He will be missed. I always enjoyed visiting with him when he stopped by.
