Ginger was born June 10, 1931 and went to be with the lord on March 31, 2013. She was born in San Jose, Calif., then made her way to Washington where she was a longtime resident of Yelm, Tenino and Chehalis areas. She worked many years at Edwards Resort on Lawrence Lake and then drove bus for Tenino School District. She owned and operated the old Jiffy CafAC. in Tenino and then worked at Olympia School District until retirement. Ginger was full of life, her sense of humor was infectious and her kindness towards others was one of a kind. She loved to travel, her favorite destination was Yuma, Ariz. She loved her family and friends and spent her life creating special memories with her grandchildren. She is survived by her significant other of 62 years, Leon Lawton of Chehalis, her two sons and wives, Larry and Jeanette Lawton and Steve and Edna Lawton, her grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Lawton, Steven (Melissa) Lawton, Tracy (Russell) Page-Lawton, Craig (Alissa) Lawton and eight great-grandchildren.
