Vera Jean Devlin passed away at St. Peter Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Vancouver, Wash., and moved to Centralia as a teenager. She graduated from Centralia High School and worked as a plywood worker and several other jobs as well as a stay at home mom to three children, Peggy Bodine, Jerry Devlin and Sharon Yeager. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery at 10:00 a.m., on Nov. 2, 2012 and luncheon at 12:00 p.m., at the Chehalis Eagles where she was a member for over 50 years.
