It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we announce the passing of our beloved SERENITY ROSE UPCHURCH, AkA ANGEL BABY,SEN, SEN SEN,SENNY,PEANUT AND SISSY. Who left this world far to soon at the age of 17, on January 18th,2026.She was born in Coeur D'Alene Idaho December 3rd 2008.and currently lived in Rochester WA. Serenity was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend whose presence brought so much light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew her.

From the moment she came into this world, Serenity had a spirit that could never be ignored. She was creative, thoughtful, and full of personality. She loved expressing herself through drawing, turning simple moments and feelings into her beautiful drawings. Serenity also loved car rides, listening to music, laughing with family, taking trips, fishing, driving, hanging with friends, going to the beach, camping and so much more. She loved making memories along the way with everything she loved to do. Serenity had a way of making moments feel special.one of her favorite things in life was her dog Justice and just cuddling down in her room with her.

Like many teenagers, serenity was still discovering who she was and where life would take her, she had dreams, opinions, humor, and a big heart that felt deeply. She was learning, growing, and experiencing life in her own unique way, and those who loved her were lucky to know serenity.

To her family, Serenity was everything. To her mother, she was not just a daughter but a piece of her heart walking outside her body. She brought laughter into the home, filled the rooms with her presence, and left behind memories that will forever be here. The love between a mother and daughter is endless, and that love does not end even in loss.

Serenity is survived by her mother Emily Leingang her stepdad Jesse Leingang, her father Jesse Upchurch and stepmother Cindy Bisaro, her siblings lawanna, Jayden, Uhlexa, Sophia, Mahayla, and Josiah. Her grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. Each of them carries a piece of Serenity with them and will continue to keep her memory alive in their hearts.

Though Serenity's time here was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will last forever. Her family will remember her smile, her creativity, her laughter, and all the things that made her who she was,

Serenity will always be loved, and so very missed, and forever remembered.
