Sally A. Parke died April 13, 2014 following a short illness, at Providence Saint Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. Sally was born March 10, 1950 in Centralia, Washington to Dr. George and Margaret Parke. She attended Centralia Schools, graduating from Centralia High School in 1968. Following graduation Sally attended the University of Denver and University of Colorado, Boulder. Sally was co-owner and founder of Seven Gables Restaurant in Olympia, Washington from 1976 to 1994. Following the sale of the restaurant she worked at the Tea Lady, house sat and was a caregiver for her parents and others. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Margaret and her sister Bobby (Roberta). She is survived by her brothers Bill and Tom, Sister Sue (Fred), nieces Stephany and Jolene, nephews Mike, Mason, Emil, Alex and Sam. Sally loved all things art, cats and people. She will be remembered for her warm personality, wonderful smile, and unusual Christmas gifts. She leaves behind an apartment full of treasure, countless friends, and no known enemies. There will be a memorial 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 8 at Prosperity Grange on Steamboat Island Rd.
