Ruth Josephine Webster, 93, of Randle passed away Wednesday May 29, 2013. Ruth was born December 7, 1919 to Clarence and Lizzie Thompson in Iowa. Ruth worked as a farmer. Her husband, Elmer, preceded her in death. Arrangements are under the direction of Newell Hoerling's Mortuary in Centralia.
