Robert was born in Wray, Colorado 12/23/1936 to James Eugene Stallsworth & Doris Moran Stallsworth.
After the untimely death of his Father, he & his mother came to Onalaska, WA to join his Grandparents, Brent & Mary Moran residing on Gish Road where he lived until age 17, when he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He served 14 years, most of his service being overseas in Spain and England.
Upon Honorable Discharge he returned to Washington state and began his most favorite job of his life, working in the woods for Weyerhauser as a timber faller. He retired after 21 years.
He then worked for various firms around town as a landscaper, ending his last 12 years of work as Head Landscaper at the Lucky Eagle Casino.
Retiring at age 74, he and his wife began to travel extensively world wide. Some favorite places were in Russia and China, but they always returned to Belize regarding it as a "2nd home."
Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Verna in the family home and grandson Nathan Bowers of Knoxville, Tennessee.
