Robert G. Judson, 76, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2014, Thursday morning at Providence Hospital. He was born to Bill and Jo Judson on July 1, 1937 in Centralia, WA. He was preceded in death by his mother and father. Robert is survived by his wife Beverly Judson of Adna, brother; Richard Judson of Centralia (Gayle), sister; Becky Miltimore of Olympia (Steve), son; Ed Judson of PeEll (Lorraine), two daughters; Roberta Spencer of Rochester (Rick) and Pam Phelps of PeEll (Allen), five grandchildren; Jason, Nick, Brian, Aaron and Dani Lynn, and five great-grandchildren; Emma Kay, Chaisee, Hunter, Payton and Blakely. Robert (Bob) was employed at the Daily Chronicle for forty years, in the press-room and as press foreman. He then went to work for Madsen's Saw Shop for twelve years. Besides his family his greatest love was restoring classic cars. He also enjoyed steam engines and antique planes. Robert was his grandchildren's biggest fan at all their sporting events and also very involved with his great-grandchildren. Robert was exalted ruler three times with the B.P.O.E., and active member of L.C. Quarter Milers, and Early Ford V8 Enthusiasts. A a service will be held on Saturday, July 5 at 12:00 p.m. at New Harvest Assembly of God Church on Maurmann Rd. in PeEll. Pastor David Brown will conduct the service. A potluck will follow the service.
