Rev. Richard Lee Powell age 83 of Centralia, passed away Tuesday February 11, 2014 at Providence Centralia Hospital. Beloved husband of Barbara Joann (Nivala) Powell. Funeral Service will be held Saturday February 22, 2014 at 2 PM at the Harrison Square Presbyterian Church, Harrison Avenue, Centralia.
