Centralia resident Richard Allen Phillips, age 90, passed away at Providence Centralia Hospital on July 31, 2019. Richard was born on November 25, 1928 to Elmer and Gertrude (Ruch) Phillips in Centralia Washington. He served in our United States Navy, finished collage with a Doctorate, and became a dentist locally. He was preceded in death by Father, Elmer Claude Phillips; and Mother, Gertrude Helen Phillips. A Graveside Service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on August 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
