Phyllis Pauline Slemp, age 76, passed away in Olympia on January 24th 2016. Phyllis was born August 12th 1939 at St. Peters Hospital in Olympia Wa to Reinhold and Grace Schuler. While she joins her parents and sister Alice Johnson, she is survived by her brother, John Schuler & her sisters; Ginny Crapo, Dorothy Takashina and Cinda Stanley. She married Edward Slemp in August of 1972, where she lived happily as a homemaker and mother of eventually 6 children; Don Richardson, Edward Richardson (deceased), Robert Langworthy (deceased), Wendy Buchanan, Scott slemp and Kim Taylor. She enjoyed traveling, sightseeing, and fishing, as well as bird watching, flowers, painting and coloring later in life. Spending time with family also meant a lot to her including spending time with grandchildren; Jacob Buchanan, Adrianne Buchanan, Grady Richardson and great grandchildren; Alexis Woolverton and Carter Buchanan.
