Rochester resident Norma Jean Hughes, age 90, passed away on October 13, 2018 at Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Centralia, WA. She was born on May 23, 1928 to James and Lilly (Casteel) Cornell in Arbuckle, CA. Norma is survived by her Son; Bruce Hughes of Olympia, WA and two Daughters; Kathy Cristine Harp of Rochester WA, and Patricia Stapleton.
