Morris Anthony Dodge, age 93, passed away at his home in Olympia, Washington on October 28, 2019. Morris was born on April 7, 1026 to Glenn and Jessie (Johnston) Dodge in Gate, Washington. He graduated from Rochester High School and attended UCLA. He worked as a Prosthetist. On September 7, 1954, he married Patricia Lou Thornton in Reno, Nevada. Morris was a joy to be around. He loved to make people laugh and had a wonderful sense of humor. Morris is survived by his son, Gary Glenn Dodge of Kent, WA; his daughter, Terri Lynn Kessack of Olympia, WA; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving spouse, Patricia Lou Dodge; and parents, Glenn and Jessie Dodge. A Viewing will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Newell-Hoerling's Chapel followed by a Graveside Service at Grand Mound Cemetery in Rochester, Washington. The Reception will be at the Gate Schoolhouse in Rochester.
