Mary Haagensen, age 85, passed away on September 4th 2016 at Edgewood Manor in Edgewood Washington. Mary grew up in Milton Washington and graduated from Fife High School. In 1948, Mary married Virgil Olive and had three sons; Jack, Randy, and Jeff. She remarried in her thirties to her soulmate; Wayne Haagensen. Her hobbies included chili cook offs, trips to Hawaii, and Dixie Land music that both Mary and Wayne played at small venues, mostly in Washington State. Mary would play piano and Wayne would play trumpet. Mary is preceded in death by her husband; Wayne Haagensen, and her son; Jack Olive. She is survived by her two sons; Randy and Jeff Olive, and assorted grand-children and great-grandchildren.
