Oakville resident Harvey Manes (Skip), age 65, passed away in Elma WA on September 2, 2018. A Viewing will be held on Sept 13, 2018 at Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held on Sept. 14, 2018 at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent WA at 9:30 a.m. Assisted by Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary.
