Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that I, Dianne Inmon, share the news of the departure of my beloved husband, Grant Inmon, who left us on October 23, 2024. Born in Centralia, Washington, on May 21, 1954, to Grant Sr. and Eloise Inmon, Grant was a compassionate soul who touched many lives with his kindness and generosity. Known affectionately by his nickname, "Fishhawk," he was a beacon of resilience, loyalty, and unwavering support throughout his life. Grant was an accomplished electrician and spent his career in the construction industry, where his expertise and dedication were highly valued. His resilient spirit and supportive nature endeared him to both colleagues and clients, making him a respected figure in his field. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, a hobby that resonated with his love for tranquility and nature. He also took immense pride in his achievement as an Eagle Scout, a testament to his commitment and unwavering loyalty. Fishawk was a family man at heart, and his compassionate nature was most evident in his interactions with his loved ones. He leaves behind his loving wife, Dianne, and his devoted sister, Katherine Spencer, his Brother in Law, Dale Spencer, and his Whitehall family. He also leaves behind his Step Daughter Holli, his Step Son Jon, as well as his beloved nieces and nephews and his grandchildren. He joins his parents, Grant Sr. and Eloise Inmon, and his twin sister, Gene Inmon, who preceded him in death. Though our hearts are filled with sorrow, we choose to remember Grant for the joy he brought into our lives. His memory will continue to be a beacon of love, resilience, and compassion. We invite all who knew and loved Grant to share their memories, stories, and photographs on his memorial page. These shared recollections will help us to celebrate and remember Grant's extraordinary life.
