Elsie Marie Cline, age 91, passed away at her home in Rochester on Nov. 9, 2016. A service will be held on Nov. 18, 2016 at 11:00 in the chapel at Newell-Hoerling's followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Memorial Park in Centralia. Under the direction of Newell-Hoerling's.
