Donna was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and friend. She was born Feb. 17, 1955, in Porterville, California, to Florence and Edward Tessin. She passed away in her Centralia home Aug. 26, 2026.

Donna raised her family in Pe Ell, Washington, with her then-husband, Stephen Purcell. She was a substitute teacher for many years. She enjoyed knitting, watching crime dramas, Sunday mornings at church, and spending time with her family and friends. She found endless joy in her three grandsons.

Donna is survived by her two daughters and their families: Stephenie Purcell and her partner, Darryl Winslow Jr., and their sons, Darryl III and Winston; and Jennifer Glenn and her husband, Jeremiah Glenn, and their son, Riot.

A memorial service will be held at Bethel Downtown Centralia on Sunday, Sept. 20, at 1 p.m.
