Darlene Ann Simmons, age 57, passed away at Providence Centralia Hospital on August 29, 2019. A Funeral Service will be held at Shaker Church in Oakville on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service at Grand Mound Cemetery. Under the care of Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary.
