CARL VOLMER, 92, Centralia, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Cooks Hill Manor, Centralia. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Centralia. Arrangements are under the direction of Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary, Centralia.
