Billy J. Starling, 47, of Winlock, Wash., passed away Feb. 3, 2013. He was born to O.J. and Becky Starling on Feb. 2, 1966 in Lake City, Fla. Truck driving was his passion in life and he did it for many years. He was also a top rate mechanic and was willing to help anyone in need at a drop of a hat. Billy loved NHRA, attending many events over the years. He is survived by his most cherished treasures, his children, Nolan Starling, Taylor Starling and Tessa Starling, all of Chehalis, Wash. He also leaves behind many family and friends. A celebration of life for Billy will be held at Frosty's in Napavine on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Please come and bring your stories.
