BERNARD JOHN CARTER, 85, Centralia, died Wednesday, April 17, at home. A celebration of life will be at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, May 5, at the Centralia American Legion Hall. Arrangements are under the direction of Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary, Centralia.
