Roberta F Still

Francis “Roberta” Still age 89 of Chehalis, WA, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Logan Manor IV Adult Family Home in Chehalis. She was born June 23, 1928 in Noble County, OH a daughter of the late Ora Ray and Ocie Lucille Allton Bond.

She was an active member of the Belle Valley United Methodist Church until moving to Washington State in 1972. She enjoyed spending time with family, flower gardening, and was very passionate about golfing.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Arlin Bernard Still, whom she married May 15, 1947 and who passed May 8, 2010.

Those left to cherish her memory are 3 daughters Diana Lashleyof Lexington, KY, Nancy (Kim) Stanbery of Mercer Island, WA, and Connie (Craig) Kline of Centralia, WA; grandchildren Chad Lashley, Tracy (Dion) Lopes, Ryan (Natalie) Stanbery, Jamie (Dustin) Bates, Jessica Kline  (Fernando Arevalo), Ashley Kline (Ian  Madorin-McGregor) , Jody (Mark) Kline-McHugh, and Noah (Alissa) Kline; great-grandchildren Conner, Aiden, Evan, and Cameron Lopes, Jude and Genesis Bates and Max Kim; 1 brother Earl (Marcella) Bond; nephew Dana (Marilyn) Bond; 3 nieces Cynthia (Charles) Ralston, Brenda Buttery, and Amanda (Neil) Tilton. She is also survived by many friends.

The family will receive friends for a memorial service Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724 with Pastor Jeff Belt officiating. Inurnment will follow in Hoskinsville Cemetery near Belle Valley, OH. 

Following the graveside service, a time of food and fellowship will be provided by the family at the Ragan’s Chapel. Memorial contributions may be directed in Roberta’s name to the Belle Valley Fire Department, Belle Valley United Methodist Church, or the Ragan’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
