Betty I Bailey, age 87, passed away on October 4, 2018 at her home in Des Moines, WA.
She was born on August 31, 1931 to Samuel and Sylvia (Tennison) Patterson in Yakima, Washington. She graduated high school in Olympia. On May 21, 1950 she married Herbert in Olympia Washington and lovingly raised her family.
Betty is survived by her three sons; Samuel Dean Bailey, Daniel Herbert Bailey, and James Hugh Bailey, three Granddaughters; Maggie May Boone, Toni Lynn Bailey, and Tanya Jo Bailey, grandson; Bryan Samuel Bailey, great-grandson; Luke Boone, great-granddaughter; Summer Boone, and longtime friend; Duane Nienaber.
She was preceded in death by father; Samuel Byron Patterson, mother; Sylvia I Patterson, Husband; Herbert Bailey, and grandson; Tyler Daniel Bailey.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Claquato Cemetery.
There will be a Celebration of life following the graveside service at the Adna Grange, 123 Dieckman Rd., Chehalis, WA 98532. The Adna Grange does not allow any alcohol on site.
