In Remembrance
Mary Angela (Ciolli) Kunz passed on December 25, 2020 in Olympia. Angie was born June 28, 1928 to Carlo and Josephine (Yorio) Ciolli in Seattle, Washington, where family lived until they moved to Adna. She attended Adna High School and graduated in 1947. Angie went to work for the telephone company in Chehalis. In 1949, she married Lloyd L. Kunz and was married 29.5 years until he passed away in 1978. She achieved her goal in life as a tailor and seamstress, where she made her children clothes from infants to adults. Her favorite task was sewing wedding dresses. Upon retirement, she was approached to be a bailiff for the Lewis County Superior Courts, where she worked for 12.5 years.
Angie is survived by three children: daughter Mary Lou and spouse Steven North of Chehalis, son Erneast Lee Kunz and spouse Darlene of San Diego, and daughter Susan Marie Kunz of Seattle. She is survived by six grandchildren: Lisa, Lori, Tim, Tobin, Lucas, and Shelina, twenty great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Angie is survived by her brothers Nick Ciolli of Seattle, Bob Ciolli of Tacoma, and Louis Ciolli of Chehalis.
